  2. Second Place: Belgium's Bruegel.
  3. Third Place: French Institute of International Relations (IFRI).
  4. Sixth Place: UKs’ Chatham House was ranked 6th on the list.

Performance of establishments in India

  1. Centre for Science and Environment (CSE) has secured a rank at sixteenth place. CSE ascend two places within the newest and 14th version of the report.
  2. The establishment also ascends three places between ‘best independent think tanks’ to a place and number 123 within the world and 6th (sixth) among Indian think tanks.
  3. Worldly, it had been ranked 41 of the 60 establishment pledged to energy and resource policy.
  4. India’s Observer Research Foundation (ORF) has climbed up 90 places to the remarkable 27th position among 176 global think tanks. 
  5. Syama Prasad Mookerjee Research Foundation was honoured top-rated Indian think tank with association within the world, securing a rank of 31st, among 38 such institutions.
  6. India Foundation was ranked at 36th place followed by the Vivekananda International Foundation, ranked 37th on the list.
